The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War is a 501(c)(3) organization and is approved by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as an organization to whom tax deductible gifts can be made pursuant to Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Sons of Veteran Reserves

The Sons of Veterans Reserve (SVR) is a uniformed military organization that serves as the ceremonial and military arm of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (SUVCW).

The SVR maintains the military traditions and customs of the Union Army, providing color guards, ceremonial details, and military honors at various events.
